Indian mobile vendors are churning out some of the best budget-friendly Android smartphones in the market. Adding to the list smartphone venor Xolo has unveiled two budget-friendly Android smartphones Xolo Q2500 and Xolo Q1010i with some distinctive features.
Xolo Q2500 – 6 inch HD PocketPad
The first one is the Xolo PocketPad or the Xolo Q2500 which comes with a 6 inch HD IPS display perfect for watching full HD movies, playing HD games and e-reading. The smartphone is powered by 1.3 GHz Quad Core MTK 6582 processor coupled with 1GB RAM and carriers 500 MHz Mali 400 – MP2 GPU. On the rear it got a 8 megapixel camera with BSI sensor and on the front a 2 megapixel camera. The device got 4GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 32GB using microSD card.
On the connectivity side Xolo Q2500 supports 3G, 2G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0 and Dual SIM support. The smartphone runs on Android Jelly Bean 4.2 which company says upgradable to Android Kitkat 4.4 soon. To power it all the smartphone got a massive 3000 mAh battery capacity.
Xolo Q2500 is been priced affordably at Rs 14,999 and will be available at all leading online and offline store from this month (April 2014).

Xolo Q1010i with Sony Exmor R Camera Sensor
Digital camera’s are things of past, they are being replaced by Smartphones. The second smartphone Xolo unveiled is the Xolo Q1010i which comes with a 8 megapixel rear camera powered by Sony Exmor R sensor for superior low-light performance. It got a 5P lens module that reduces optical aberrations, f 2.0 aperture that captures 40% more light and a bigger pixel size of 1.4µm allows an enhanced image quality.
To view the pictures from the stunning camera, Xolo Q1010i got a 5 inch HD IPS display with One Glass Solution technology. It’s also powered by the same 1.3 GHz Quad Core MTK 6582 processor coupled with 1GB RAM and 500 MHz Mali 400 – MP2 GPU. It comes with 8GB of internal storage and can be expanded up to 32GB using microSD card.
