We’re the first smartphone company to bring this feature to the market. We truly believe in ‘Innovation for Everyone’ and now, innovation in everything.“
Hate2wait is an intelligent queue management solution. It provides an easy and efficient way to manage queues for multiple types of businesses. It also helps consumers to find merchants where the wait is least, join queue remotely and reach just in time. The brain behind this innovation is the alumni of IIT Roorkee.
Until now, Mi users had to wait in the physical queue at service centres to get things done. But, with hate2wait, you can select the service centre of your convenience and join the virtual queue. Upon submitting the required details, a token will be generated, which you can utilize at the respective service center.
