Now we have all the major Indian telcos fighting for the supremacy. Vodafone India has also joined the tariff data war by revising its popular Rs 198 unlimited combo pack.The new changes are on par with what’s its competition is offering.
Vodafone India’s newest and the lowest priced plan under the unlimited range now comes with revised voice and data benefits. The Rs 198 unlimited combo pack now offers 1GB data per day along with unlimited local and STD voice calls. Earlier the same pack only offered 1GB of data benefits for the entire month.
The unlimited voice calls under Rs 198 unlimited combo pack works even while roaming in India. The pack also comes with 100 SMS per day and has a validity of 28 days.
The above Rs 198 unlimited combo pack is available for all existing Vodafone’s prepaid subscribers across India. For new customers, they can recharge with Rs 229 to avail the same benefits.

The recent tariff war was started by Airtel when the telco revised its Rs 199 unlimited combo pack to offer 1GB data per day. Reliance Jio acted quickly and announced the Happy New Year 2018 Plans with Rs 199 and Rs 299 recharge options. Idea Cellular was also forced to revise its Rs 198 unlimited pack to offer similar benefits.
