Now sing along the lines without a mistake! One of the world’s best music streaming service Spotify is launching real-time lyrics synced to music in India and also to 25 other worldwide markets. The lyrics support would officially roll out in these markets starting June 30th, so it’s already live for many.

The lyrics support on Spotify is backed by a new agreement with lyrics provider Musixmatch, which claims to have one the largest catalogue of song lyrics with translations.

Lyrics support on Spotify will come in the form of real-time lyrics shown in the language in which the song is played. You could access the feature by swiping to the “Lyrics” section found at the bottom of the “Now Playing” screen. We are not sure if this will support Indian languages or limited to English songs. On our testing, the real-time lyrics support showed up only for English songs and English language. We would wait for an official confirmation from Spotify.
