With better design, build and more powerful hardware, Sony has launched its new flagship smartphone – Xperia Z3, along with its mini variant the Xperia Z3 Compact. They both features premium quality built, superb camera of 20.7 megapixel, PS4 remote play, highest level of waterproofing and overall enhanced hardware-software experience.
Sony Xperia Z3 features a super-slim profile of just 7.4mm along with rounded aluminium frame and durable tempered glass panels that gives a premium finish all-around. It spots a 5.2 inch Full HD IPS display with TRILUMINOS Display technology and X-Reality picture engine that offers super rich and natural colour to images.
Xperia Z3 is powered by 2.5GHz Snapdragon 801 quad-core processor coupled with 3GB RAM and Adreno 330 GPU. One of its highlighted features is the 20.7 megapixel camera with Exmor RS image sensor and an ISO of 3200. The camera can shoot superior quality images and even record stunning 4K ultra high-definition videos. In addition the new camera app comes with various extra features like Face in, AR fun, Multicamera and Sound photo. It also got a 2.2 megapixel HD front-facing camera.
On the storage side the Xperia Z3 got 16GB internal storage that can be further expanded up to 128GB using microSD card. On the connectivity side the smartphone got 4G LTE, 3G, 2G, WiFi, Bluetooth and NFC options. On the software side Xperia Z3 will run on Android 4.4 KitKat and quickly upgradable to Android L as soon as it releases.
Another highlighted feature of Xperia Z3 is the Playstation 4 remote play that offer you to play the PS4 games directly on your smartphone. In-addition it got IP65 /68 rating that offers highest level of waterproofing and dust resistant.

Sony Xperia Z3 Compact on the other is a mini version of flagship Xperia Z3 with a smaller 4.6inch 720p HD display and powered by the same hardware.
Sony Xperia Z3 and Sony Xperia Z3 Compact will be available in India and other countries from last week of this month (September 2014) with a price tag of around Rs 45,000.
