Got a Xiaomi smartphone like Mi, Redmi Note or Redmi device, then your phones after-sales support has gone way better. Xiaomi India has partnered with HCL Care Services to launch an array of exclusive Experience Service Centres across India.
HCL’s Experience Service Centres will offer Xiaomi smartphone customers in India an exclusive user experience with a one-stop support center for mobile services, phone accessories and insurance requirements.
This service centers will be set up in 28 Indian cities with the majority in Tier-I cities of North and East India and rest in Tier-II cities across the country. HCL has already setup 37 out of the scheduled 40 Experience Service Centres with a total workforce of 250 people on it.
“We are delighted to strengthen our association with Xiaomi by introducing Exclusive Service Centres for their leading-edge phones. We are confident that these state-of-the-art service centres will enable Xiaomi to cater to the Indian markets more effectively and efficiently,” commented Mr. Sharad Talwar, Head of Consumer Services at HCL Services.
Xiaomi India’s key focus in 2016 seems to scale up their after sales support along with opening offline brand stores throughout India so that they can directly reach out their potential customers.
