Following its previous success over Galaxy S Duos, Samsung India upgraded the smartphone and launched Galaxy S Duos 2. It features an 4inch display, dual core processor, 4GB internal storage, runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and priced at Rs 10,999.
One significant upgrade on Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 from its predecessor is the more powerful processor, featuring a 1.2GHz dual-core processor paired with 768MB of RAM. It also got a 4 inch WVGA display with resolution of 480×800 pixels. Other than that not much else has changed from its predecessor.
Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 got a 4GB internal storage that can be expanded up to 64GB using a microSD card. It features a 5 megapixel CMOS rear camera with LED flash and a VGA front facing camera. On the connectivity front it supports dual-SIM with 3G, 2G support along with WiFi and Bluetooth. It runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS with Samsung’s TouchWiz UI over the top. It carries a 1500mAh battery that company guarantees to deliver up to 8hours of talktime or 280 hours of standby time.
