Following the path of competitors, one of India’s top telecom operator Reliance Communication unveiled Reliance InstaCare application for subscribers in an effort to provide them with better customer support. Using this app customers can manage their prepaid and postpaid Reliance mobile account at any time anywhere on the move.
Reliance InstaCare application allow prepaid subscribers to check their mobile balance, can select Packs, Tariffs and STVs and do instant recharge. For postpaid subscribers the app allow them to check outstanding balances and make instant bill payments. The InstaCare app also allow subscribers to find best deals for their account, view and edit their account information, locate the nearest Reliance Store and also start or stop any services instantly.
Want to try it out, Reliance InstaCare app is only available to Android devices (Android 2.2 and above) and can be downloaded for free on Google Play store.
Earlier Bharti Airtel launched ‘my airtel’ app and Vodafone India launched ‘My Vodafone’ mobile app for customers to manage their prepaid and postpaid mobile services like pay bills, recharge, find best offers, subscribe and unsubscribe to VAS etc.
