After the superb success over its exclusive partnership with Flipkart in selling Moto G, Motorola is now eyeing on one of India’s CDMA telecom operator Reliance Communications (RCom) to introduce Moto G CDMA model in India. RCom on their online shop has listed MOTO G 8GB CDMA model (non SIM based phone) under its Zero Plan EMI scheme.
The Zero Plan from RCom offers customers to buy the Moto G at zero down payment and they only need to pay a monthly EMI for a fixed period of time. In addition RCom has bundled the Zero Plan EMI scheme with unlimited Voice, SMS and data benefits.
Under the Zero Down Payment Plan customers looking to buy MotoG will get the device under zero down payment and at a monthly EMI of Rs 3545 for 6 months or Rs 2098 for 12 months scheme.
RCom also offering the device at Upfront Down Payment Plans where one can get Moto G by paying Rs 20,489 and get Zero Plan for 6 months or pay Rs 23,489 and get Zero Plan for 12 months.
Under this Zero Plan customer will also get truly unlimited benefits including unlimited local and STD voice calls across all operators, unlimited national and local SMS (3000 SMS per month as per TRAI regulation), unlimited national roaming and unlimited 3G/2G data with no FUP caps.
RCom first started the Zero Plan EMI scheme with the Apple iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c, which became an instant hit. It was followed by Zero Plan for two Lumia devices and HTC smartphones.
With the Zero Plan from RCom, Moto G is becoming much more affordable and will definitely reach more people’s hand.
