You often come across a number of Indian online shopping sites which offers products at a fixed price and sometime with an offer or discount. There we have little opportunity to communicate with the seller and off-course bargain for better price. One of India’s top online mobile and DTH recharge provider Paytm has come up with an mobile-only shopping app with a twist of bargaining for a deal.

The concept is way simple, before buying a product you can directly communicate with the seller and bargain with him to get a reduced price or heavy discount on the product, like you do in the local bazaar.

Paytm brings in Mobile Shopping app with Natural Bargaining

The innovative Paytm mobile shopping app features shopping in various categories including Men, Women, Kids fashion and Home furnishing along with Mobile & DTH recharge options. The app will provide real “over the counterhuman shopping experience using a text messenger. Here Paytm will use the Plustxt messenger which it acquired in 2013, to allow a fluent bargaining opportunity between the buyer and seller.

How to bargain –

  • On your selected item’s detail section choose Bargain to start a one-to-one chat with seller
  • Bargain with the seller to get best deal for the product.
  • After a successful bargaining seller will offer a bargain code that you can use while check out.
