But for attending the event, you need to purchase the OnePlus Launch Ticket worth Rs 999 from the OnePlus store [oneplusstore.in/starwars]. Ticket sale will start at 10 AM on 7th December 2017 and comes with lots of launch day freebies.

Let the force be with OnePlus! During the ongoing Bengaluru Comic Con event, the Chinese mobile vendor has unveiled a special edition of its latest flagship phone – the OnePlus 5T Star Wars Limited Edition.
Considering the next sequence of Star Wars movie, the ‘Star Wars: The Last Jedi’ is expected to release on 15 December 2017, OnePlus will probably release this special edition OP5T on that date. The phone will be available exclusively through its OnePlus online store in India. However, the exact launch date and price of the phone has yet to be confirmed by the company.
Talking about the Star Wars edition OnePlus 5T, it comes with a white back cover with a red Star Wars logo printed on the bottom. The alert slider also gets the same red accent, making it pop out. On the front, its the same big 18:9 ratio 6.01-inch display with black colour panels at top and bottom. You also get some Star War related wallpapers and theme on the phone.
The OP5T hardware
Other than the striking colour change, the OnePlus 5T hardware remains the same. It flaunts a 6.01-inch Full Optic AMOLED display having 18:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, you get the powerful octa-core Snapdragon 835 running at 2.45GHz and Adreno 540 GPU at 710MHz. The processor would probably be paired with a higher memory of 8GB RAM and carries 128GB internal storage.
The original OnePlus 5T with 6GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage retails at Rs 32,999. Whereas, the 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage variant is priced at Rs 38,999. Both variants are available exclusively via Amazon India and OnePlus India store. If you are looking to buy the phone, we would suggest waiting a few more days to get a hold of the limited edition OP5T.
