Sistema Shyam TeleServices Limited (SSTL) which operates its telecom services in India under the MTS India brand announced its rebranding of retail outlets to ‘MTS MITRA Stores’. MTS MITRA stores serve as a one-stop shop for all voice and data solutions provided by the company. Extending its retail network in Mumbai, MTS opened 10 new “MTS MITRA” stores across Airoli (Dighe), Vashi, Kurla, Govandi, Byculla, Mahim, Wadala, Mumbra, Bhandup and Santacruz.
MITRA which stands for M = Mobile services, I = Internet support, T = Telecom solutions, R = Recharges/payments, A = Accessories, is a specially designed retail concept with the single aim of taking MTS’ products and services a step closer to the customers. MITRA is a one-stop-shop for all telecom needs including new connections, recharge, customer queries etc. MITRA stores offers the following range of services –
- Customers experience the entire range of MTS products and services.
- MTS MITRA also showcases the entire gamut of value added services offered by the Company.
- Customers get a first hand impression and take live demonstrations of MTS products & services.
- Acting as an alternate customer service point, MITRA stores offer service benefits like new connections, recharge (both post paid and pre-paid), bill payments, SIM replacement, etc, all under one roof.
