To take on Reliance Jio’s Prime membership plans, the government-run telecom operator Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL) has come up its own unlimited call and data pack. The pack will be available for Mumbai and Delhi prepaid mobile subscribers starting 1st April 2017.
The MTNL Rs 319 pack will offer subscribers unlimited voice calls but within its own network. That’s you will get unlimited talk time between MTNL and MTNL numbers. For calling to other networks you will get 25 minutes of free voice call each day. After the limit, you will be charged 25 paise per minutes for calls to any other network.
For data benefits, the MTNL Rs 319 pack offers 2GB of high-speed 3G data benefits daily. So, you will get 56GB of 3G data benefits with the recharge. The pack comes with a validity of 28 days.

All the above promotional offers will be available for the period of ninety days starting 1st April 2017. You can recharge for the special combo pack via MTNL portal or other third party recharge retailers.
Recently another government telecom operator BSNL has launched combo STV 339, which offers similar benefits to its mobile subscribers. On recharging with the STV you will get unlimited local and STD voice calls to any network and to anywhere in India. You also get unlimited 3G data benefits with a FUP speed limit of 2GB per day.
