Moto Xpress offers Motorola smartphone customers with phone repair service right at their doorstep and assures to solve any issue within five working days. One can avail the service to solve their phone’s software issues, which will be fixed within one hour on spot and hardware issues, which will be fixed in five working days.
To book a service request, customers first need to call moto customer care on 011- 41717124 and opt for Moto Xpress service or the home pickup service. Once confirmed, Motorola service executives will visit the customers house. This executive will provide dedicated one-to-one support and also his expertise to offer solution depending on the problem with the smartphone. Any software issues will be fixed within one hour and for hardware issues, Motorola guarantees a fix within five-day time period.
Currently, Moto Xpress service is piloted for users residing in Delhi, Noida and Gurgaon and will be charged a minimal fee of Rs 199.
