The Lenovo backed mobile vendor Motorola is building up its arsenal of android smartphones for 2018 in every price range and segment. The company has today unveiled the Moto G6 series of android smartphones, which include Moto G6, Moto G6 Plus and Moto G6 Play.

The Moto G6 series as a whole features edge-to-edge or the 18:9 display, Snapdragon SoC under the hood, Goof-proof design with p2i water-repellent coating and stock android experience. A little bit late, but still these mobiles also adopt the USB Type-C reversible connector tech.

For all three Moto G6 series phones, the company has chosen a new build material. Well, its much premium than metal, and now features 3D contoured glass at the back. Front of the phone is taken up mostly by the Max Vision display. All three smartphones run on latest stock Android Oreo OS out-of-the-box. Also common to the three mobiles is the p2i water-repellent coating, which protects them from accidental splashes or light rain.
