Looking for a sturdy smartphone that also feature-rich and truly budget friendly? Lenovo-Motorola has launched its budget smartphone, Moto C in India. The mobile features MediaTek SoC, latest Android Nougat OS which usually missing in other budget smartphones and 4G LTE support.

Adding to the budget figures, the Moto C gets a price tag of Rs 5,999. The mobile will be available across all popular online and offline retail stores in India. On colour choices, you get to choose from Pearl White and Starry Black.

Design and Performance

Motorola mobiles always have a strong and solid built quality. On the back, you get a micro-textured cover that offers better grip to hold the phone. There is also a big circle design housing the camera and LED flash module. On the front, the Moto C flaunts a 5-inch FWVGA 854×480 display.

Under the hood, the Moto C is powered by a 1.1GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6580M processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. To store your media contents, the mobile carries 8GB of onboard storage. You can further expand the storage up to 32GB via microSD card.

Camera and Connectivity

As for photography, the Moto C comes with 5-megapixel back camera. It features 74-degree lens, 1.4 microns, auto-focus and LED flash support. For selfie lovers, the mobile carries a 2-megapixel camera with 63-degree lens, 1.0 microns and fixed focus.

For connectivity, Moto C comes with dual SIM option. The mobile support 4G LTE that works with every Indian telco 4G bands. In addition, you also get VoLTE for making HD voice and video calls. Other connectivity options include 3G and 2G network option, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.2. The mobile runs on the latest Android 7.0 Nougat OS with no UI skin over the top. The whole device is fueled by a removable 2,350mAh battery.
