Microsoft finally unveiled the pricing for its Surface Pro tablets which runs on the native Windows 8 pro operating system. Surface with Windows 8 Pro is a 64-bit tablet PC that supports legacy windows apps that you are used to. Surface with Windows 8 Pro tablets will be available in two versions and pricing will start at $899 (Rs 49,000 aprox.) for 64GB model and $999 (Rs 55,000 aprox.) for 128GB model. Surface with Windows 8 Pro tablet will be made available starting in January 2013.
Surface with Windows 8 Pro will come with Intel’s next generation Core i5 processor which provides a graphics boost for its 10.6 inch 16:9 ClearType display that runs at a 1920×1080 full HD resolution. Surface with Windows 8 Pro also includes a USB 3.0 port, a mini Display Port that can drive an external display up to 2560X1440 resolution and will support Pen input. Surface pen is an amazing feature for all you note-takers or document editors, especially since it has expanded capacitive and digitizing technology called Palm Block that will prevent user handwriting from getting interrupted if user accidentally place their palm on the screen as they write. The material for Surface tablet is crafted from VaporMg casing that protects the vital technology inside and leaves a high quality finish and feel.

Both versions will include a Surface pen with Palm Block technology, but wont include the Touch Cover or Type Cover, as customers need to buy them separately. One of the major difference between Surface RT tablets is that Surface with Windows 8 Pro will run all desktop applications making it a full PC AND a tablet.
