The first ever android smartphone to run the latest Google Android 7.0 Nougat operating system and comes preloaded out of the box has finally launched in India. LG India has launched LG V20 which is powered by Snapdragon 820 processor, packs 32-bit Hi-Fi Quad DAC for enhanced audio, front and rear wide-angle lens cameras, second screen, and more enhanced features.
First, to the pricing, the LG V20 comes with a premium price tag of Rs 54,999. The mobile will be available online exclusively via Amazon India starting 6th December 2016. The mobile will also be available at offline mobile retail stores across India. As a launch offer, LG is packing a B&O premium earphones worth Rs 18,000 and free SF coated back cover on every smartphone purchase.

If you have missed our previous article on LG V20, the mobile is built with lightweight aluminum and silicon-based material. This combination gives it an extra strength and protects it from accidental drops. The mobile flaunts a 5.7-inch QHD IPS quantum display with a pixel density of 513ppi. There is also a secondary IPS display over the top of the main display, that allow quick access to notifications and alerts. The LG V20 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor that’s coupled with 4GB of RAM. For storing all your media the mobile comes with 64GB onboard storage. The storage can be further expanded up to 2TB using microSD card.
Coming to the photography side, the mobile got a dual camera setup on the rear with one 16-megapixel standard camera and an 8-megapixel camera with 135-degree wide-angle lens. For selfie lovers, the smartphones carry a 5-megapixel camera with a 120-degree lens. The LG V20 can capture audio in 24-bit / 48 kHz Linear Pulse Code Modulation (LPCM).
As for connectivity, LG V20 packs advanced 4G X12 LTE networks that fully supports all Indian 4G bands along with VoLTE. Other connectivity options include WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2 BLE, NFC and USB Type-C. The smartphone runs on the latest Android 7.0 Nougat OS but with LG UX 5.0 skin over the top. For purest audio experience LG V20 comes featured with 32-bit Hi-Fi Quad DAC, powered by ESS Technology. This offers crystal clear high-quality sound by minimizing distortion and ambient noise.
