Still not subscribed to the exclusive Jio Prime membership? Well, Reliance Jio has extended the deadline for joining the Jio Prime till 15th April 2017. You can subscribe to Jio Prime membership by paying a one-time fee of Rs 99 along with the first recharge of Jio’s Rs 303 or other prime plans.
In addition to the time extension, Jio has also announced Jio Summer Surprise for Prime members. What’s packed in it? Every Jio Prime member who makes their first recharge prior to 15th April 2017 using Jio’s Rs 303 prime plan or any higher value plan will get three months of service free on a complimentary basis. That’s essentially extending the unlimited voice, SMS and data benefits from Happy New Year offer to another 3 more months.
So what’s happens to your initial recharge? The prime paid plan your recharged will only get applied from July 2017. That’s after the expiry of the 3 months complimentary service. All Jio prime members who have already done their first recharge of Rs 303 or higher before 31st March will also get the benefit of Jio Summer surprise.
Jio Summer Surprise for Jio Prime members
- Extends the current Happy New Year Offer for another 3 months or till July 2017.
- You will get unlimited voice calls, 100 SMS per day and unlimited 4G data benefits with 1GB FUP limit.
- To avail the offer, you need to become a Prime member. Then recharge for any Prime Plan worth Rs 303 or higher.
- The paid tariff plan will be applied only in July after the expiry of the complimentary service.
According to Reliance Jio, over 72 million subscribers have already subscribed to Jio Prime membership. That’s more than half of the Jio’s 120 million strong subscriber base.
