Like browsing on the high-speed 4G LTE, India’s fastest growing telecom operator Idea Cellular has rolled out its 4G LTE service across 575 towns in India covering ten leading telecom circles within 100 days.
Starting its 4G LTE service in December 2015, Idea has ramped up its presence to 575 towns and also become the first 4G service provider in 250 towns out of these 575 towns.
Idea has rolled out its 4G LTE network service under the 1800 MHz spectrum with around 4,000+ 4G sites across the country. The company has also expanded its 3G services on the most efficient 900 MHz band with over 50,000 sites offering jam-free, high-speed indoor internet coverage network.
According to latest TRAI report, Idea Cellular is the fastest growing telecom operator in India and has around 9.8 million 4G devices and nearly 48.6 million customers owning 3G devices under its belt.
Currently, Idea Cellular offers its 4G LTE service in ten telecom circles including Kerala, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana, Haryana, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh & Chattisgarh, Maharashtra & Goa, North Eastern States, Odisha, Punjab and Tamil Nadu & Chennai.
