Leading the Kerala telecom sector in 4G footprint, Indian telecom operator Idea Cellular has expanded its 4G LTE service to seven more cities in Kerala telecom circle.
Within three months of initial launch in Kochi, Kozhikode and Malappuram, Idea has now rolled out its high-speed 4G LTE service in seven more cities including the state capital Thiruvananthapuram, Kannur, Kollam, Kottayam, Palakkad, Pathanamthitta and Thrissur. This expansion added to the earlier launch of 4G in three cities brings up the total tally up to ten cities out of the 14 district in the state.
Idea customers can avail free upgrade to 4G SIM from any of the Company Showrooms and lead retail outlets across this towns. They can also choose 4G Prepaid and Postpaid tariff plans that are priced at par with existing 3G plans.
Idea Cellular offers double data benefits for all customers, enabling you to enjoy double data usage with any 4G plans. For example recharging for the 1GB 4G data pack at Rs 249 will give you additional 1GB data usage taking the total up to 2GB data benefits.
