HTC has unvield another variant of original Desire 820 – the new Desire 820s with a mid-range specification, boasting 64-bit MediaTek chipset, 13 megapixel camera, 5.5 inch 720p HD dislay, 16GB internal storage and Android KitKat operating system.

HTC Desire 820s spots a 5.5 inch HD display and powered by 1.7GHz 64-bit Octa-Core MediaTek chipset coupled with 2GB RAM. As it’s a 64-bit processor, we can be sure the smartphone will get the latest Android Lollipop update with 64-bit support. On the storage side the smartphone got 16GB internal storage that can be easily expanded via microSD card. On the rear the smartphone got a 13 megapixel shooter with LED flash and on the front a 8 megapixel camera for taking cool selfies.

On the connectivity side the Desire 820s supports 4G LTE (with Indian LTE band support), 3G and 2G networks along with WiFi and Bluetooth options. The device also support HTC proprietary BoomSound speaker.

HTC Desire 820s is expected to launch first in China during this month (November 2014) and will soon coming to India.
