Huawei’s Honor brand has announced a small upgrade to its first ‘Made in India’ smartphone Honor Holly 3 with the launch of Honor Holly 3+. Exactly identical to its predecessor the mobile just got a bump in its memory and storage capacity. The mid-range android smartphone mainly features a big HD display, an octa-core processor, 13-megapixel camera and the much-needed 4G LTE VoLTE connectivity.

With a small bump in hardware, there is also a small bump in price too. The Honor Holly 3+ get’s a price tag of Rs 12,999. Unlike Holly 3, the newest mobile will be available through offline retail stores across India.

Honor Holly 3+ Specification and Features

Design wise Honor Holly 3+ got the same plastic polycarbonate body with the patterned back panel. The device flaunts a 5.5-inch HD IPS 1280 x 720 display. The smartphone is powered by a 1.2 GHz Octa-Core Kirin 620 processor coupled with 3GB of RAM. To store all your media content the mobile comes with a 32GB of internal storage. You can further expand the storage up to 128GB via microSD card.

On the photography department, the Honor Holly 3+ got a 13-megapixel back camera which features f/2.0 aperture, LED flash support and 28mm wide-angle lens. On the front for selfie lovers, you get an 8-megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture, 4P lenses and 1.12um pixel size.

As for connectivity, Honor Holly 3+ supports 4G LTE networks that work with every Indian 4G bands. You also get VoLTE support for making HD voice and video calls. Other connectivity options include 3G and 2G network option, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.0. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) with Huawei’s EMUI 4.1 skin over the top. It also carries a 3100mAh battery at back to fuel the whole device.
