Thinking of buying the purest Android experience? It’s the right time as Google and LG have slashed the pricing of this years nexus device – Google Nexus 5X by around 20 percent making it one of the most affordable flagship android smartphone available in the market.
Google Nexus 5X 16GB variant which was launched for Rs 31,900 got a price cut of around Rs 8000 and now available for Rs 24,500 or lower (Amazon India) . The 32GB variant of Google Nexus 5X also got a price cut of around Rs 4500 from the launch price of Rs 35,999 and now available for Rs 31,500 or lower (Amazon India). The price cut seems to be only reflected on Amazon India, as Google device store still listing the Nexus 5X under old pricing.
To recap, Google Nexus 5X comes with a full HD 5.2-inch LCD display powered by 2.0 GHz hexacore 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor coupled with 2GB RAM. On the back, it got a 12.3-megapixel camera having an aperture of f/2.0 and uses 1.55 uM sensor. It also features infrared laser-assisted autofocus found on most of LG devices along with dual flash support. On the front, the smartphone got a 5-megapixel camera that uses a 1.4 uM sensor. On the connectivity side, the Nexus 5X supports high-speed 4G LTE (with full support on Indian LTE bands) along with 3G and 2G networks and comes with WiFi, Bluetooth and NFC options. In addition, Google has adopted the new standard with USB Type-C charging and data port. For extra security, they have also added the fingerprint scanner on the back of the device. As always the Nexus 5X runs on the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.
