Update – LG India has officially launched Google Nexus 4 in India with a price tag of Rs 25,999 and now available at various retail outlets across the country.

At last waiting seems to be paying off, Google Nexus 4 may soon be launched in India, as one of India’s top online shopping destination Flipkart have put up the Nexus beauty for pre-orders. Flipkart has put up the 16GB version of the Nexus 4 smartphone for per order in it’s site at a price of Rs 25, 990. It also hint that Google may directly sell the Nexus 4 8GB version through its Play Store.

Little background on Nexus 4, it features a powerful 1.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor with 2GB of RAM. It got a 4.7inch True HD IPS Plus display supported by Zerogap Touch technology and got 320 ppi providing crisp images and videos. It comes with a high-performance 8MP camera and takes stunning Photo Sphere images. Photo Sphere, lets snap shots up, down and in every direction to create stunning 360-degree immersive experiences. Nexus 4 runs on the latest version of Jelly Bean, Android 4.2 which brings in lots of handy features.
