Dell is re-entering the Indian tablet market with it new affordable range of Venue tablets – Venue 7 and Venue 8, runs on Android 4.2.2 out of the box with guaranteed Android KitKat update and priced competitively at Rs 10,999 and Rs 17,499 respectively.
Dell Venue 7 as the name suggest has a 7 inch IPS display with a screen resolution of 1280×800 pixels and is powered by an 1.6Ghz dual-core clover trail-based Intel Atom Z2560 processor along with 2GB of RAM. It got a 16GB internal storage that can be expanded up to 32GB using a microSD card. On the rear it got a 3 megapixel camera and on the front a VGA camera. On the connectivity front it supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. It carries a 4100mAh battery that company claims to last for 10 hours on HD video playback.

On the other hand Dell Venue 8 spots a 8 inch IPS display with a screen resolution of 1280×800 pixel with a more powerful 2.0GHz dual-core Intel Atom processor Z2580 paired with 2GB RAM. It also got a 16GB or 32GB internal storage that can be expanded up to 32GB using a microSD card. On the rear it got a 5 megapixel camera that supports 1080p video recording and on the front a 2 megapixel camera. On the connectivity front it supports 4G, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS.
