If you are looking for a big screen for watching movies or web browsing or even for studying, DataWind got a super affordable tablet/phablet in its shelf. The device vendor has launched a budget-friendly phablet – DataWind moreGmax 3G6 in India. The phablet features 6-inch display, quad-core processor, expandable storage and 3G connectivity.
Well, we didn’t tell the best part of the phablet yet. The DataWind moreGmax 3G6 phablet will come with 12 months of free internet. Datawind has a partnership with Reliance communications (RCOM), so the tablet will come bundled with RCOM’s service. Currently, there are no details about the FUP limit on data usage.
Spec and Features
The DataWind moreGmax 3G6 flaunts a 6-inch IPS LCD display with an unknown screen resolution, but we strongly think it would be minimum an HD display. Under the hood, the phablet is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. To store all your media content the phablet carries 8GB of inbuilt storage. In case you need more storage, you can expand the storage up to 32GB using microSD card.
For photography, the DataWind moreGmax 3G6 has an 8-megapixel camera at back with LED flash support. On front for making video calls, the phablet comes with a 2-megapixel camera. As for connectivity, the phablet supports 3G and 2G networks along with Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. Finally, the phablet runs on Android 6.0 marshmallow OS.
One of the highlighted features of the mreGmax 3G6 phablet is the DataWind’s internet delivery platform that offers faster internet and reduced bandwidth consumption on regular EDGE/3G/4G LTE-based networks.
