BSNL revamps Combo STV339 to add 3GB per Day, launches new Data and Voice STVs

You can activate the new Unlimited Voice and Data STVs via USSD short code or SMS saving some money in the process.

• To activate combo STV339 on your BSNL connection dial *444*339#. You can also activate the STV by sending an SMS STV COMBO339 to 123. You will be charged only Rs 294.78 from your main account balance.
• To activate Triple ACE STV 333 on your BSNL connection dial *444*333#. You can also activate the STV by sending an SMS STV DATA333 to 123. You will be charged only Rs 289.57 from your main account balance.
• To activate Dil Khol ke Bol STV 349 on your BSNL connection dial *444*349#. You can also activate the STV by sending an SMS STV COMBO349 to 123. You will be charged only Rs 303.48 from your main account balance.
• To activate Nehle per Dehla STV 395 on your BSNL connection dial USSD code *444*395#. You can also activate the STV by sending an SMS STV COMBO395 to 123. You will be charged only Rs 303.48 from your main account balance.

That’s how you take on a competitor. To match up with Reliance Jio’s Dhan Dhana Dhan and other private telcos unlimited bundled packs, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has revised it’s existing unlimited voice and data combo STVs.

Well, it’s not stopping there, the operator has also launched three new voice and data STVs. The ‘Dil kohl ke Bol’ unlimited voice STV, ‘Triple ACE’ unlimited data STV and ’Nehle per dehla’ unlimited combo STV.

BSNL Combo STV339 with 3GB per day

First, let’s start with the popular unlimited voice and data combo STV339. BSNL has revised the unlimited combo STV by adding 3GB per day 3G data benefits. Earlier the same STV offered only 2GB per day data benefits. After you hit the above daily fair usage policy (FUP) limit you still get unlimited data usage but with a speed throttling to 80kbps.

There is no change in the voice benefits packed with the combo STV339. You will still get unlimited local and STD voice calls from BSNL to BSNL and 25 minutes per day to other telcos network. After you have crossed the 25 minutes per day limit, you will be charged at 25 paise per minute. The combo STV339 comes with a validity of 28 days.

BSNL new Unlimited Voice and Data STVs

In addition to revising the combo STV339, BSNL has also added a slew of voice and data STVs targeting all kind of subscribers in its network. First on the list is the ‘Dil kohl ke Bol’ STV349 which offers unlimited local and STD calls to any network. It also comes with unlimited data benefits, but with a FUP limit of 2GB. After you hit the data limit, speed will be reduced to 80kbps for rest of the month. The STV comes with a validity of 28 days. There is no restriction or FUP limit on voice calls for this STV.

The Triple ACE STV333 is especially for customers looking for heavy data plans. The STV offers unlimited 3G data benefits with a daily FUP limit of 3GB. After you hit the data limit, speed will be reduced to 80kbps for rest of the day. One added advantage of this STV is that it comes with a validity of 90 days.

Finally, the ’Nehle per dehla’ STV395 is a small upgrade to the combo STV339. Under this STV you will get 3000 minutes of on-net local and STD voice calls and 1800 minutes off-net local and STD voice calls. After you hit that free voice calls benefits with the STV, you will be charged at 20 paise per minute. The STV395 also comes with unlimited 3G data benefits, but with a FUP limit of 2GB per day. After you hit the data limit, speed will be restricted to 80kbps for rest of the day. The STV will come with a validity of 71 days.

All the above STVs will be available for pan-India prepaid subscribers starting 24th April 2017. You can also recharge for the special Combo STVs via BSNL portal or other third party recharge retailers.
