We are always looking for a perfect recipe for data, free calls and validity in mobile plans. Taking that perfect recipe, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has launched the new Plan Voucher PV399 for its prepaid mobile customers.
The new plan voucher is currently been introduced by BSNL in the Chennai and Tamil Nadu telecom circle. However, the telco would generally offer the same mobile plan in every other telecom circle.
BSNL Plan Voucher PV399
Under the Plan Voucher PV399, which is charged at Rs 399 will offer BSNL prepaid mobile customers a slew of data, voice and validity benefits. Once recharged, you will get unlimited voice calling to any network in India (both mobile and landline). It does come with a fair usage policy or FUP limit of 250 free minutes of voice calling (local + STD + outgoing roaming) per day.
Coming to data benefits, the PV399 Plan Voucher offers 1GB of high-speed 3G or 4G data benefits each day. Any extra usage after the free quota will be unlimited but with reduced speed of 80 Kbps. In addition, you will also get free access to BSNL Tunes and Lokdhun content. The plan voucher will come with a validity of 80 days.

Note that the base plan for this plan voucher would be the recently announced Advance Per minute plan 94. Thus after you hit the daily voice call FUP limit, you will be charged Rs 1 per minute for calls to mobile networks and BSNL landline numbers, Whereas, local call to other landline numbers and STD calls will be charged at Rs 1.3 per minute.
You could activate the Plan Voucher PV399 through C-Topup, Selfcare, and BSNL Web portal.
While launching this plan voucher, BSNL has also withdrawn the Plan Voucher PV1699 and STV 399 effective 14th August 2020. The new Plan Voucher PV399 will come as the replacement for STV 399.
