The government owned telecom operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has come up with new special voice STVs for its pan India prepaid mobile subscribers, offering more talk time to any network.
BSNL’s new Voice STVs starts at Rs 56 (VOICE56) which comes with 5600 seconds of local and STD voice call to any network (BSNL or other operators) with a validity of 8 days. For those looking for monthly packs, the Rs 159 (VOICE159) voice STV offers 20,300 seconds of local and STD voice call to any network with a validity of 30 days.
The biggest pack of all, the Rs 449 (VOICE 449) voice STV offers 62000 seconds (or around 1033 minutes) of local and STD voice call to any network and comes with a validity of 84 days. All new voice STV plans will be available for recharge/activation from 20th June 2016.

Customers can activate the new voice STVs by sending SMS with short code STV<space>VOICE56/149/449 to 123, or through USSD mode by dialing *124# and selecting 3 for activating the STV. One can also activate the new voice STV from BSNL’s customer web portal [bsnlszprepaid.com].
Note that the validity of all STV will end at exactly 23:59 Hrs of last day irrespective of time you have recharged on the first day.
