Never miss out the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2018 matches on-the-go due to low mobile data limit by your carrier. The state-run telecom operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has launched an IPL special Unlimited data STV for its pan-India Prepaid mobile subscribers.
The limited period IPL Pack of Rs 248 will offer subscribers unlimited data usage. However, there is a daily data limit of 3GB, after which the speed gets reduced to 80Kbps. The unlimited data STV comes with a validity of 51 days, that’s the entire time frame of IPL matches. Thus you’re getting a whopping 153GB of high-speed 3G or 4G data benefits for a period of 51 days.
“BSNL presents IPL pack Unlimited data STV-248 for prepaid mobile customers. This will be useful for our subscriber to stream live IPL matches at a very economical rate,” BSNL said in a press statement.

BSNL IPL special Rs 248 unlimited data STV will be available for pan-India prepaid mobile subscribers starting from 7th April 2018 to 30th April 2018. In addition to this data, you would also need to subscribe to Hotstar All-Sports premium plan for watching all the IPL matches live.
On paper BSNL’s IPL special Rs 248 unlimited data STV looks great and it’s the cheapest data in the market. But in reality, BSNL only has 3G networks across India and a single 4G location. Thus, the speed you get from BSNL 3G won’t match what other rivals offer through their speedy 4G networks.
