In an aim to attract new users and to push it’s mobile services to existing wired broadband subscribers, India government owned telecom operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has launched ‘All Free Plan‘ under prepaid mobile services. The main highlight of the prepaid plan is the unlimited voice calls to any network and to anywhere in India.
The All Free Prepaid Plan comes with a plan voucher price of Rs 144 and offers 180 days of validity. As we said earlier, the prepaid plan comes with unlimited local and STD voice calls to any network. But, this freebie is only for the first 30 days of SIM activation. After the 30 days, you will get charged 80 paise per minute on all local and STD voice calls to any network. All other charges will be as per the ‘Per Minute Plan’. This includes 3G and 2G data charges of 3 paise per 10 KB of data usage.

The ‘All Free Plan’ is offered as a promotion offer for 90 days starting from 1st January 2017. Plan 144 can only be availed by existing broadband customers who doesn’t have an active BSNL mobile connection. Broadband customers need to submit original/paid last bill of the Broadband Connection to Customer Service Centers to avail the plan. Also, they can port-in from other telecom operators to BSNL via MNP.
If you are thinking to migrate from existing prepaid plan to the All Free Plan then, BSNL doesn’t allow that. But users under All Free Plan can freely migrate to other prepaid plans of their choice at any time.
BSNL has earlier launched unlimited voice calling STVs for prepaid mobile subscribers. Voice combo STVs start as low as Rs 99, offering unlimited voice calls to any network and to anywhere in India. It also comes with additional 3G data benefits.
