After a long run of two years, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has discontinued one of its hit promotional plan which offered free Amazon Prime subscription to its subscribers. The special offer came with one-year free Amazon Prime subscription and was applicable to both BSNL mobile postpaid and landline broadband postpaid customers.
BSNL Kerala telecom circle has already put out a notice on its website announcing the discontinuation of the promotional offer. “The amazon prime subscription along with all broadband plans above Rs 750 is no longer available”.
It seems BSNL has kept its customers dark on this development. There have been many complaints popping up, with most of the users not able to avail the free benefits, even when the offer was active.
