Bharti Airtel India’s top telecom service provider has been named amongst the top 25 companies for leaders globally. The list, was published in the recent issue of the Fortune magazine, they list the top companies across the world which go beyond the call of duty when it comes to leadership development. Bharti Airtel from India has been ranked number 24th in this list and it has been named amongst world-class companies like IBM, GE, P&G, Unilever, etc.

Bharti Airtel have also been ranked 6th in Asia-Pacific and 5th in India. Clearly a Jobs Never Done Before as this is the first time Bharti Airtel has participated in the survey. Apart from its various Leadership programs, Airtel has been recognised for its successful reverse mentoring program, where junior employees are enlisted to tutor the senior ones about new technology.

The Fortune Magazine list is compiled by a robust survey undertaken by Aon Hewitt Consulting. Aon Hewitt, in partnership with RBL group, surveyed HR executives at 478 companies worldwide about their leadership development programs. A panel of distinguished judges, including authors, academics, and journalists then selected the regional and global winners.
