Asus has launched their much-awaited flagship gaming phone, ROG Phone 3. As you would expect with a ROG phone, Asus has thrown everything including the kitchen sink into the phone. The ROG phone maxes out on most specs and is a great contender to be the best gaming phone on the planet at the moment. Let’s dive into the phone in a little bit more detail.
Design
Asus has toned down on the aggressive games aesthetic that we saw on the previous ROG phones. But if you look closely the core ROG design philosophy is still here. The glowing RGB ROG logo, the cooling vent, the distinctively ROG back panel design with iridescent lines and unconventional flash shapes etc.
The front side houses two front-firing speakers which is actually useful since you will almost cover side bottom-firing speakers when you game. It also has considerably thick bezels compared to 2020 flagship standards.

On supported games that will take advantage of the higher refresh rate, you will see substantially smoother gameplay.
The monstrous 6000mAh battery will ensure that you will keep playing your favourite game for hours at a time without having to reach for a charger. Yes, you can play PUBG for hours on end on this phone at the highest settings.
