So for those who have lots of money in their hands or who are Apple’s fanboys, Apple has announced the official pricing for iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus in India with pre-order starting today (7th October 2014). iPhone 6 pricing starts at Rs 53,500 and goes up to Rs 71,500, whereas iPhone 6 plus pricing starts at Rs 62,500 and goes all way up to 80,500.

Both Apple smartphones will be available for pre-order from today at Apple Authorized Resellers including Ingram Micro, Redington, Rashi Peripherals and Reliance. Also one can place pre-orders at online stores including Flipkart, Amazon India and Infibeam.

Apple to unveil iPhone 6 with Rs 53,500 and iPhone 6 Plus with Rs 62,500 in India

The 16GB version of Apple iPhone 6 is priced at Rs 53,500 while the 64GB version is priced at Rs 62,500 and the 128GB version is priced at Rs 71,500. For the bigger iPhone 6 Plus, pricing starts at 62,500 for the 16GB variant, while the 64GB variant is priced at Rs 71,500 and the 128GB variant of the phone will sell for Rs 80,500.

Coming to the new iPhone’s details, Apple iPhone 6 spots a 4.7 inch retina HD display whereas Apple iPhone 6 Plus got much bigger display of 5.5 inch retina HD display. They are both made of anodized aluminum, stainless steel, and glass resulting in a smooth and continuous surface. Both the iPhone’s now runs on the second generation 64 bit A8 chip along with M8 motion coprocessor. They carry 8 megapixel back camera with a large 1.5-micron pixels and ƒ/2.2 aperture. Apple iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus is scheduled to launch on 17th October,2014, in India, just before the Diwali. And those who have placed pre-orders for the new iPhones will get their hands on the smartphone on the night of 16th October itself.
