To attract those data-heavy customers, India’s top telecom operator Airtel has started offering 4G data packs for pan-India Prepaid customers that come with more data benefits at a lower price tag.
The new prepaid 4G data pack priced at Rs 93 comes with bundled 1GB of high-speed 4G or 3G data benefits and a validity of two days. Customers can activate the data pack online at Airtel website, Airtel stores or any mobiles retailers.

Airtel is taking the path of Vodafone India, who has earlier launched a 4G mobile internet plan for Rs 97 that offers 1GB of high-speed 4G data benefits for one day.
The top three 4G telecom operators Airtel, Vodafone India and Idea Cellular has recently withdrawn the double data benefits for their customers. As more and more India mobile customers are becoming data savvy, telecom operators are trying to consolidate their data plans to get most out of them.
