To say precisely,  Airtel 4G services is been first rolled out in Ahmedabad city and gradually to other cities in the coming months.

Airtel has rolled out its 4G network in Gujarat using the 1800 MHz (FD-LTE) spectrum band, that’s optimum for 4G services.

On recharge for Rs 249, your account will be instantly credited with 1GB of 4G data benefits. For rest of the promotional 9GB of 4G data benefits, you need to SMS ‘4G Offer’ to 52141.

For Postpaid subscribers, Airtel is offering myPLAN infinity plans that offer unlimited free voice callings along with bundled 4G or 3G data benefits.

Earlier Airtel introduced 4G data cutter packs, which essentially cut down your 4G or 3G data cost by around 70 percent. Also recently the company has come up with Rs 1495 mobile data pack, that offered unlimited 4G/3G data benefits for a period of 90 days.
