In the Unpacked Episode 2 event held in Berlin, the global smartphone leader Samsung has unveiled its next generation phablet- the Galaxy Note 4. Packing 5.7 inch super AMOLED QHD display, powered by Snapdragon 805 processor, 16 megapixel shooter, Android 4.4 KitKat, evolved S Pen and finally with all the Samsung gimmicks.

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 spots a gorgeous 5.7 inch Quad HD Super AMOLED display with a super high-resolution of 2560×1440 pixels. The phablet is made up of premium metal frame with fluid curvature. It follows the Galaxy line design language with a premium look and feel. The soft-textured leather back cover offers better grip and comfort in holding the massive phablet.

Samsung unveils its Next-Gen Phablet the Galaxy Note 4

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is powered by 2.7 GHz Snapdragon 805 quad-core processor or the Exynos 5433 octa-core processor (1.9GHz quad-core+1.3GHz quad-core) coupled with 3GB of RAM, depending upon the region. Probably in India Samsung will only introduce the Exynos chip powered Note 4. The phablet is quipped with 16 megapixel back camera with smart optical image stabiliser and on the front it got a 3.7 megapixel camera with f1.9 that offers 120 degree wide-angle that allow you to take some cool selfies. On the storage side the phablet will come with 32GB internal storage that can be further expanded up to 64GB using microSD card.

On the connectivity side Samsung Galaxy Note 4 features 4G LTE connectivity which probably will support Indian 4G band along with 3G, 2G, WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC and Infrared LED (IR LED). On the software side the phablet runs on latest Android 4.4 KitKat OS with Samsung’s own improved TouchWiz UI. In addition the phablet comes with finger print scanner, heart rate monitor and UV light sensor.

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 comes with pre-loaded with lots of S apps including S Note, S Health, Snap Note, Action Memo, Smart Select, Image Clip, Screen Write, Multi Window and lots more. Samsung has also widely improved the S Pen functionality making it a primary tool for everyday tasks.
