The gateway has opened to a complete mobile internet ecosystem. The Chinese mobile vendor LeEco has launched LeEco Le Max2 in India. The smartphone comes bundled with the top-end chipset, maximum RAM, ultrasonic fingerprint scanning, big WQHD display, mega camera module and 4G with VoLTE support.

As far as the pricing go, LeEco Le Max2 is priced at Rs 22,999 for the 4 GB RAM with 32 GB onboard storage variant and Rs 29,999 for the 6 GB RAM with 64 GB onboard storage variant. The mobile will go on sale starting on June 28th, 2016 on Flipkart and LeEco’s official LeMall store.

So let’s see, what’s been packed under the high-end LeEco Le Max2. The mobile got an all-metal unibody build with rounded edges and a bezel-less design. The Le Max2 flaunts a 5.7-inch WQHD (Wide Quad High Definition) retina display with a pixel density of 515 pixels per square inch.

The LeEco Le Max2 is powered by 2.15 GHz Qualcomm 64-bit Snapdragon 820 quad-core processor coupled with 6 GB RAM for the 64 GB internal storage variant and 4 GB RAM for the 32 GB internal storage variant. It also comes with Adreno 530 graphics processing unit for those ultra graphics gaming.

On the photography side, the LeEco Le Max2 carriers a 21-megapixel rear camera that comes with Sony IMX230 sensor and an aperture of f/2.0 along with PDAF, OIS (Optical Image Stabilisation) and dual tone dual LED flash. On the front, the mobile got an 8-megapixel camera with 1.4-micron pixels and a large aperture of f/2.2.

On the connectivity side, the dual SIM Le Max2 got 4G LTE network capability along with VoLTE support that compatible with all Indian 4G bands. Other connectivity options include 3G, 2G, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and Type-C port. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with EUI 5.6 skin on top.

The LeEco Le Max2 comes with high-security standards, as it comes with ultrasonic fingerprint sensing that utilizes innovative biometric 3D fingerprint authentication.

Another highlighted feature is the removal of universal 3.5mm audio jack, instead, the USB Type-C port now works as the audio output port which is also the data transfer and charging port. The company has added CDLA (Continual Digital Lossless Audio) technology and also introduced world’s first Type-C CDLA headphones.

The Type-C headphones come with built-in CDLA decoders along with unique identification label offering various intelligent settings for audio quality according to the user’s previously recorded preferences.

Priced at Rs 490 per month or Rs 4,900 per year it provides users access to Le ViDi – video-on-demand service, Le Live – live Indian TV channel streaming service, Le Music – live music streaming service and LeEco Drive with 5TB cloud storage.
